Drafting Services

We offer full Drafting service from Blue Prints to design work. We will meet with you and go
through the design process with you. You tell us the type of home you are looking for, we will
show you some ideas to start from and proceed to design a custom home just for you. We try
to design a home around the property that it will set on. Mureil will help you with all of your
interior and landscaping design to be incorporated into the design of your home. When a
design has been chosen and your first draft is printed, we also will put together a 3D virtual
tour of your home, so you can see your home before it is built.

Blue Prints
Our prints include everything you will need to get permits and construct your project. This
includes all of the following:
Elevations
Floor plans
Foundation Plan
Joist Plan
Framing Plan
Truss Plan
HVAC Plan
Electrical Plan
Section Plans
Detail Plans
         
Pricing
Home designs will very in price, depending on the difficulty of the design. An estimate will be
provided before we start your design. Base prices start at $1600.00 and go up from there
depending on the size and difficulty of your project. After approval of the price, a 50% deposit
is required to start the project and the contract is signed by responsible parties. Final
payment is required at delivery of final construction copies. Engineering of home is charged
separately and will be estimated at the time of the start of project. No changes in fees will be
given unless agreed on through generated Change Order from DeMaris Restoration & Design,
LLC.  All change orders will need to be signed before implemented and paid for at the end of
the project.

We fully build what we design or from your own designer. We can do all phases of
construction, remodel or repair. We can build you a new home, kitchen, bath,deck, or repair
any problem with your home.

Not only can we design your home we can build or remodel your home from the ground up. We
are fully licenced, insured and bonded. As you can see we are fully rounded in our skills and
knowledge and can help you through the complete building process.

For new construction we require a minimum down payment of 30%.
For additions minimum down payment of 40%
For repairs we ask for 50% down. This depends on the size of the project. It may be large
enough to fall  into the Addition down payment.
